Physical Products

You may return unopened physical products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products may be returned within 14 days if defective. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before the product ships for a full refund.

Digital Products (DLC)

Digital purchases are non-refundable once the content key has been activated on your account. If you experience technical issues with digital content, please contact support.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@moonbeans.dev with your order number and reason for the refund. We aim to process refunds within 5 business days.
