Yes! The basic Shadow Hands game is free to play in your browser. No download or signup required.
What is a DLC deck?
DLC decks unlock new characters and special cards in the digital game. Each deck adds 12 unique cards with new abilities.
When does the physical Core Set ship?
Pre-orders are currently estimated to ship in March 2026. We'll email you with tracking when your order ships.
Can I play on mobile?
The web game works on tablets and larger mobile screens. We recommend landscape orientation for the best experience.
How do I access my DLC after purchase?
After purchasing, sign in to your account and visit the /play page. Your unlocked content will be available automatically.
What is your refund policy?
Physical products can be returned within 30 days. Digital purchases are non-refundable once content keys are activated. See our full refund policy for details.
